We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, please note that further costs and import taxes may occur and apply upon arrival in your country. The customer is responsible to handle all kind of further costs, taxes and import fees for your order.
Shipment Processing Time
We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Handling times may be longer during holidays and unforeseen events. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. You can use the link in the email to check the estimated arrival date of your purchase.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure to provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure your order is delivered correctly and on time. We cannot accept claims for missed deliveries if the customer’s address or contact details have been entered incorrectly (postcode, email address, phone number etc.).

However, if for any reason you have any doubt with your humterra purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

- Timeline: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Returns without prior request cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs for any product and all other costs regarding the return, including delivery of any replacement. We recommend you use an appropriate insured service and obtain proof of postage to cover you against loss or damage in transit.
Damages or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please email support@humterra.com immediately for assistance. Customers must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Claims must include:
· Clear photos of the defect
· A valid purchase receipt
We will then be in touch for further processing.
Exceptions
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items: Custom items, personal care products, sale items, gift cards.
European Union Customers
If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day period to return your purchase without needing to provide a reason. Just initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that the return fee still needs to be covered, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover all kind of return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to reflect in your account.
